SALTO Participation & Information, the European resource centre that supports youth participation across Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps, is recruiting six young people to sit on the Youth Participation Strategy Steering Group for 2026 to 2027. Youth representatives work alongside the European Commission, National Agencies, SALTO centres and the RAY research network to evaluate how the strategy was implemented between 2021 and 2027 and to shape recommendations for the next generation of EU youth programmes. Who can apply

Aged 18 to 30 at the time of application
Legally residing in an Erasmus+ programme country (EU Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, North Macedonia, Serbia, Türkiye) or a specified third country in the Western Balkans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro), Neighbourhood East (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine) or the South Mediterranean (Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Syria, Tunisia)
Experience with the Erasmus+ and/or European Solidarity Corps programmes
Experience in youth participation at local, national and/or international level
Able to take part in activities for the full mandate, including two in-person meetings in Tallinn
Working language is English
