The Wolf Cooper Foundation runs Wolf Scholars in partnership with the University of Toronto and its Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy. Each year up to 16 incoming undergraduates in U of T's Faculty of Arts & Science or Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering (St. George campus) get full tuition, a yearly stipend, and a four-year programme of seminars, internships and cohort travel. Who can apply

Canadian citizen or permanent resident at the time of application, including those studying abroad; international students are not eligible
In your final year of secondary school or first year of Cegep, with no prior post-secondary enrolment (graduates from within the last three years may still be eligible)
Born between September 1, 2005 and December 31, 2010
Minimum 90 percent academic average in your last completed year of high school (Grade 11 finals for current Grade 12 students)
Must apply through OUAC to U of T's Faculty of Arts & Science (not Rotman Commerce) or Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering, St. George campus, by November 2, 2026
Students who accept offers from Rotman Commerce, Kinesiology & Physical Education, Architecture or Music are not eligible
