UNESCO's Madanjeet Singh Prize is a biennial USD 100,000 award recognising outstanding individuals and organisations advancing tolerance and non-violence. The prize is presented each year on the International Day for Tolerance (November 16) at a ceremony at UNESCO headquarters in Paris. Past laureates include grassroots peace builders, anti-extremism researchers, and intercultural-dialogue organisations from across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

There is no direct self-application path; nominations must come through one of three channels: a UNESCO Member State, an NGO in official partnership with UNESCO, or a recognised qualified nominator.
