The Roche Scholarship supports young leaders within the NHS who are committed to sustainable innovation and health equity. It enables 3 selected professionals to attend the One Young World Summit 2026 in Cape Town, where they will join global peers to exchange ideas and solutions for pressing health and sustainability challenges. Roche emphasizes the link between planetary and human health, aligning the scholarship with its Net Zero 2045 commitment.

Who can apply

Must be aged 18–35 at the time of the Summit
Must be based in the UK

Examples include:
Tackling health inequalities
Creating innovative treatment/diagnosis methods
Decarbonizing healthcare supply chains
Applications reviewed independently of Roche’s portfolio or products
Working (full-time or part-time)
