About this opportunity

The Resilience Fund for Women in Global Value Chains, a pooled fund backed by companies, foundations and women's funds, has opened a new round of flexible, unrestricted grants. It is looking for women or non-binary led community organisations in Bangladesh, Cambodia, India and Vietnam whose work joins up women's health, safety and economic resilience, community-led climate adaptation, and women connected to global value chains such as factories, farms and migrant work.

What you get:

Between $15,000 and $50,000 USD in unrestricted funding, paid over two years
Freedom to spend it on programmes or on running the organisation, with no new project required
Light-touch reporting, with impact measures agreed with each partner rather than imposed
A place in the Fund's Learning Hub, including 3 to 4 virtual meetings with other grantees, investors and stakeholders, with translation support
Free application help in Bengali, Hindi, Tamil, Odia, Marathi, Khmer and Vietnamese

What you'll do:

Submit a short Phase 1 application online, in English, by 12 October 2026
If longlisted, complete a more detailed Phase 2 application with programme detail
If selected, pass a short due diligence review with reference checks and sign a grant agreement
Take part in the Learning Hub over the two-year grant

Who can apply

Community-based non-governmental organisation registered, based and operating in Bangladesh, Cambodia, India or Vietnam
Formally registered and legally authorised to receive foreign funding (India only: applicants without FCRA may seek prior permission if successful, with the Fund's support)
Women or non-binary led: a woman or non-binary Executive Director or CEO and at least 50% of staff women or non-binary
Annual income of at least $10,000 USD, based on 2024, 2025 or 2026 figures
Request up to 150% of annual revenue, capped at $50,000 in total
Work must address all three focus areas: women's health, safety and resilience; community-led climate adaptation; connection to global value chains
Application must be submitted online and in English; no email or paper applications
Funds cannot be used for lobbying, electioneering, political campaigning or microcredit
