  • Currently enrolled in a graduate programme (for example MSc, PhD or DVM), or awarded a graduate degree no earlier than 2021
  • Project must benefit the conservation of invertebrate species or their habitats
  • Project must fit at least one purpose: conservation education, scientific research, or species preservation
  • Grant checks are not made out to individuals, so you need an institution or organisation to receive the funds
  • Funds cannot pay salaries (except locally hired support staff), indirect costs, direct mail, reimbursements or annual campaigns
  • Application needs a project proposal of up to 6 pages, a 400 word abstract, an itemised budget in US dollars, a 2 page CV and a letter of commitment
  • Evidence that you are permitted to work at the project site, such as permits or a letter of support from a local agency
