Who can apply

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience
  • Knowledge of CCUNESCO mandate and UNESCO conventions
  • Advanced bilingual proficiency (English & French)
  • Experience with diverse stakeholders (government, Indigenous, civil society)
