The Tipping Point Pacific Grant funds youth-led, women-led, disability-inclusive, and gender-diverse groups across the Pacific working on feminist climate justice. The program is rooted in decolonial and feminist values, and supports informal networks and unregistered groups through fiscal hosting, removing the bureaucratic barriers that typically lock grassroots Pacific organisers out of international funding. What you get: ➤ Up to EUR 10,000 in flexible grant funding ➤ Project duration of 6 to 12 months ➤ Fiscal hosting for unregistered groups (no NGO registration required) ➤ Coalition-building and storytelling support from Oxfam Pacific ➤ Network of feminist climate justice organisers across the Pacific What you'll do: ➤ Implement your project across the 6-12 month funding period ➤ Focus on feminist climate justice, demilitarization, narrative power, or intergenerational leadership ➤ Engage with Oxfam Pacific on capacity strengthening and storytelling ➤ Document and share your work across the Pacific organising network The initiative operates across 21 Pacific countries and territories spanning Melanesia, Polynesia, and Micronesia, including communities in West Papua, Kanaky, Guam, Hawai'i, and other often-overlooked Pacific homelands. The decolonial framing centers Pacific knowledge systems and the urgency of climate action in the region most directly facing sea level rise.
