Through the Nike Community Impact Fund (NCIF), we’re powering the future of youth sport in our employee backyards across North America and Europe. We do this by investing in local nonprofit organizations that are driving positive, lasting change and making play possible for all youth in their communities.

Benefits include:

Funding support for nonprofit programs that expand access to play and sport
Local engagement with Nike employees who serve on volunteer grant committees
Visibility and credibility through partnership with Nike

Who can apply

Applicant must be a nonprofit organization serving youth in eligible Nike “backyard” communities
Programs must focus on sport, play, or youth development
Applications reviewed by local Nike employee committees
Grants disbursed by May each year
