The Ban Ki-moon Foundation, supported by Dubai Cares and working with Plan International and Unbounded Associates, is recruiting 50 young people aged 14 to 20 from anywhere in the world for the third round of its online green careers mentorship. Over seven months you are paired with a green job professional, join expert workshops and design and run your own Changemaker Project tackling one or more of the SDGs in your community. It builds on the Foundation's Your Future in Green Jobs Online Course. **What you get:** - One-on-one mentorship from a green job professional, with actionable next steps towards the career you want - Live online workshops on project management, pitching and presentation, and on education, gender and climate - Guidance from your mentor, the Foundation and trainers while you design and run your own Changemaker Project - Professional connections and stronger networking and project management skills - A deeper understanding of what green jobs are and which skills they need **What you'll do:** - Join the online kick-off in December 2026 and virtual expert workshops from January to March 2027 - Implement your Changemaker Project from February to June 2027, with regular online meetings with your mentor and check-ins with the Foundation - Graduate at an online ceremony in June 2027 **Key dates:** - Applications close October 25, 2026 at 23:55 Central European time - November 2026: selection results announced - December 2026: online kick-off ceremony - January to March 2027: virtual expert workshops - February to June 2027: Changemaker Project implementation with mentor meetings - June 2027: online graduation ceremony **More information:** - The application asks for personal details, your career aspirations, the challenges you want to address and initial Changemaker Project ideas - At the final stage you attach a portrait photo, an introduction video of up to one minute and, optionally, a simple CV - You can save the application as a draft and return to it before the deadline - Questions go to maja.markus@bankimoon.org
