The 9th cycle of the Global Citizen Scholarship empowers young changemakers (ages 20–35) to design and implement localized projects addressing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Scholars benefit from:

Summer school training at Management Center Innsbruck (MCI) University
Peer‑to‑peer mentoring and expert workshops
Seed funding (€500) to implement a changemaker project
Certificate of achievement signed by H.E. Ban Ki‑moon and H.E. Dr Heinz Fischer

Who can apply

Citizenship in one of the listed countries
Age 20–35 at time of application
Completed at least a Master’s degree (or first year of Master’s in exceptional cases)

Submission of motivational statement, CV, project outline, portrait photo, and 60‑second introduction video
