The Aspen Institute's Aspen Global Leadership Network and its Arts Program run this two-year fellowship for 20 to 22 arts and culture leaders from around the world, funded by the Eisner Foundation. Fellows meet for four week-long, in-person seminars built on moderated, text-based dialogue about values, leadership and the role of the arts in society.
