People Powered runs the Climate Democracy Accelerator, a six-month practice-oriented program that trains 30 government and civil society leaders to design and run participatory processes for a just climate transition across regenerative agriculture and renewable energy. What you get: ➤ $10,000 implementation grant for every selected participant ➤ Additional $15,000 award for the top five action plans in the cohort ➤ A dedicated mentor to guide your program design and rollout ➤ Live sessions, online courses, and workshops led by in-country lead partners ➤ Access to the Participation Playbook and localized case studies ➤ A country-based peer group for feedback and collaboration ➤ Twelve months after the program to implement your funded action plan What you'll do: ➤ Develop an action plan for a participatory climate project in your community ➤ Engage internal and external stakeholders to refine the plan ➤ Attend training, mentorship, and peer support sessions averaging two to three hours per week ➤ Report on progress through surveys and learning reports ➤ Implement the funded plan over the 12 months after the cohort ends Applications close June 26, 2026 at 5:00 PM UTC.
