Circl, a UK leadership coaching organisation, is recruiting young adults aged 18 to 24 for the November 2026 intake of its Leader as Coach Programme. You are matched one to one with a professional from a leading business, and over 12 weeks online you both learn to coach and practise on each other's real goals.
