Anzisha, founded by African Leadership Academy with Mastercard Foundation, backs Africa's youngest entrepreneurs who are already running real businesses. The fellowship is a multi-year programme of coaching, online and live courses, shadowing and milestone-based cash stipends, built to help founders aged 15 to 22 grow their ventures and create jobs.
