About this opportunity

An open call for pilot projects that help early‑career workers build skills, access quality jobs, and navigate an AI‑transformed labor market. Focus areas include:

Reimagining work‑based learning (apprenticeships, internships, project‑based opportunities adapted to AI workplaces)
Employer incentives and business value (tools, models, ROI frameworks to retain and advance early‑career talent)
Articulation and assessment of durable skills (new ways to define, measure, and credential skills in AI‑integrated work environments)

Benefits include:

Grants of $50,000–$100,000 USD per project
3–6 awards anticipated
Funded travel to required in‑person convening at Stanford University (March 25, 2026)
Participation in a peer learning community with structured knowledge exchange

Who can apply

Must be a workforce development org, postsecondary institution, training provider, nonprofit, employer‑led entity, or for‑profit org
Submit proposal aligned with one or more focus areas (work‑based learning, employer incentives, durable skills)
Commitment to attend in‑person convening at Stanford University (March 25, 2026)
Willingness to engage in peer learning community throughout grant period
