Claude Corps is a fully funded, 12-month paid fellowship that places early-career people inside nonprofits to help those organizations use AI in their work. Anthropic funds and shapes the program, CodePath employs the fellows with full salary and benefits, and Social Finance handles the money and evaluation side.
