About this opportunity

Sub‑grants under the EU‑funded “Connecting the Dots” project support small and medium CSOs, youth groups, student groups, and grassroots movements in Europe. The aim is to strengthen mobilisation and advocacy around economic, gender, and climate justice as interconnected solutions to global challenges.

Benefits include:

Financial support via three grant categories:
Macro grant: €40,000–€60,000 (up to 18 months, ≥3 activity types)
Meso grant: €20,000–€35,000 (up to 18 months, ≥2 activity types)
Micro grant: €5,000–€15,000 (up to 12 months, 1 activity type)
Capacity‑building opportunities (webinars, workshops, coalition meetings)
Networking with European and Global South CSOs
Participation in pan‑European campaigns (2026 focus: tax & climate; 2027 focus: gender justice)

Who can apply

Legally established CSO or allied with one (non‑profit only)
Based in EU Member State, EU candidate country, or Annex M country
Minimum 1 year of activity in justice‑related fields (economic, climate, gender, social, migrant solidarity, human rights)
Must provide 10% co‑funding (not from EU institutions)
Cannot already be a beneficiary of other DEAR 2022 CfP projects
Applications must be submitted in English (application + budget templates)
Notification of results: by 15 May 2026
