The Amber Grant is a monthly grant program for women entrepreneurs, run by WomensNet since 1998. It was created to honor Amber Wigdahl, a young woman who passed away at 19 before she could pursue her business goals. Every month, WomensNet awards at least $30,000 in grants, and at the end of the year, three women receive $50,000 Year End Grants. There are also Startup Grants and Business Category Grants available. Applying is straightforward: you fill out a short form about yourself and your business idea, and one application automatically enters you for all grants you qualify for. Winners are announced by the 21st of the following month. The monthly grant is $10,000, and the deadline for the next round is July 31, 2026.
