Who can apply

  • Initiative must be Black‑led (≥50% of leadership identify as Black heritage or Mixed Black heritage)
  • Annual income between £0–£150,000
  • Registered or unregistered initiatives eligible (charities, CICs, social enterprises, sole traders, unincorporated groups)
  • At least one decision‑maker must be a DiNN member (free membership)
  • 75% of governing body members must have lived experience of the social issues addressed
