Capacity‑building projects in the field of youth are international cooperation projects designed to:

Strengthen youth organizations and systems in partner countries
Promote non‑formal learning as a driver of socio‑economic development
Support policy dialogue and cooperation between EU Programme Countries and eligible partner regions
Build long‑term institutional and governance capacity in youth organizations

Benefits include:

Applicant must be a youth organization, NGO, public body, or social enterprise active in the youth field
Partnerships must include organizations from EU Programme Countries and eligible partner regions
Projects must align with Erasmus+ Youth Strategy priorities
Applications submitted via EU Funding & Tenders Portal by deadline
Expected outputs: capacity strengthening, policy dialogue, non‑formal learning initiatives
Running a project or organization
Entrepreneur
Working (full-time or part-time)
