About this opportunity

This grant supports human rights defending organisations (HRDs) in Africa to develop AI‑powered tools that strengthen activism, digital safety, and civic engagement. Selected CSOs will build prototypes or scale existing solutions addressing misinformation, hate speech, surveillance, and digital rights challenges.
