About this opportunity

Supports regional partnerships among NGOs, civil society organizations, public institutions, municipalities, private companies, and research/education centers.

Benefits include:

Grant funding between €25,000–€35,000
Coverage of up to 100% of project budget (including 15% overheads)
Support for projects that foster regional cooperation and innovation

Eligible project formats:

Partnerships among at least 3 V4 countries
Bilateral cross‑border cooperation (2 organizations from 2 neighboring V4 countries, within 40 km of the border, focusing on local issues)
Focus areas (must address at least one):
Culture & identity
Education & youth exchange
Innovation, research & development
Democratic values & civil society
Public policy & institutional cooperation
Environment & sustainable development
Social development

Who can apply

Projects must involve organizations from at least 3 V4 countries
Bilateral cross‑border cooperation is eligible if involving at least 2 organizations from 2 neighboring V4 countries (within 40 km of the border, focusing on local issues)
Maximum project duration: 18 months
Projects must address at least one of the program’s seven focus areas (culture, education, innovation, democratic values, environment, rule of law, regional cooperation)
Applications must follow the advanced Grant Guidelines
Running a project or organization
Working (full-time or part-time)
