The Visa Everywhere Pioneers programme, now in its fourth year, celebrates entrepreneurial women with refugee backgrounds who are driving positive impact through creativity, innovation, and leadership. Winners are recognized for contributions across healthcare, education, advocacy, and business, and receive direct financial support plus access to mentorship and training to scale their ventures.

€2,000 / £2,000 cash grant per winner
Collective €60,000+ in microgrants distributed across the cohort

Visibility and networking through Visa’s partner ecosystem

Who can apply

Must be a woman aged 18+
Must have a refugee background (legal refugee status, asylum seeker with right to work, humanitarian visa, international protection, or arrival from Fragile States Index “High Alert” countries within past 5 years)
Must be a resident of eligible European countries
Must have a product or service already in the market
Must have been trading for at least 12 months
Must be registered as a sole trader or business entity with at least 51% ownership
Must have a physical or digital presence (store, website, etc.)
Entrepreneur
Running a project or organization
Working (full-time or part-time)
