Who can apply

  • Legally recognized organization (non‑profit, social enterprise, etc.)
  • Proven innovation ready for Transition to Scale (not pilot stage)
  • Must align with country‑specific funding focus (see RFP document)
  • Priority for youth‑led organizations based in one of the 12 countries
  • Application submitted via GCC Fluxx portal by 31 March 2026
  • Info session: 12 March 2026, 8:00 AM ET (Zoom)
