The GovTech Innovation Challenge is a call for proposals from the World Bank's Institutions Global Department, Switzerland's SECO, and Trust Valley. Two Moroccan public finance bodies have put real problems on the table and want companies to solve them. Selected companies get a fully covered bootcamp in Switzerland and Morocco, then build a working proof of concept with the government partner. What you get: ➤ A four day bootcamp in Lausanne, Geneva and Morocco with travel, accommodation and meals paid ➤ Direct working access to a Moroccan government institution as a client ➤ Executive training on public procurement, regulatory compliance and scaling a business-to-government company ➤ Mentoring from experts in the Swiss financial and digital trust sectors ➤ A slot at the GovTech Award ceremony in Morocco in front of a global audience ➤ Association with a World Bank backed programme and its GovTech network of 90+ members What you'll do: ➤ Pick one of the two open Morocco challenges, or address both in a single integrated proposal ➤ Submit a proposal covering your technical solution, implementation method and expected impact ➤ If selected, attend the bootcamp in Switzerland and Morocco ➤ Build and demonstrate a proof of concept with the Moroccan institution on an agreed pilot scope ➤ Meet on-premise data sovereignty rules, with no calls to external cloud APIs
