This program connects young women students with Dior mentors to foster leadership and social impact. Programme features: - Duration: 1 year (2026–2027 academic cycle) - Mentorship: Each participant is paired with a Dior mentor for guidance and career development - Training: Access to the Women Leadership & Sustainability Education Program (online modules) - Project work: Participants design and implement a “Dream for Change” project focused on sustainability, gender equality, or social impact - Global exposure: Selected projects are showcased at UNESCO events and Dior platforms Benefits: - Mentorship from Dior professionals - Training in leadership, sustainability, and social entrepreneurship - International recognition of projects - Networking with peers and global leaders
