About this opportunity

A 16-week pan-African professional fellowship that places you directly into the development of a continent-wide agribusiness accelerator. You'll work remotely with 25-30 other fellows to support 40 women-led agribusiness enterprises across five African regions. This isn't volunteer work — it's real professional experience with performance-based compensation including revenue-share opportunities, milestone bonuses, and priority consideration for future paid positions. You'll gain hands-on experience in partnerships, communications, operations, and venture acceleration while building networks across the African agribusiness ecosystem. Fellows also get the chance to attend the Africa Food Futures Summit in Kigali with travel support.
