About this opportunity

The Enlight Fellowship, supported by the Enlight Foundation and powered by the Watson Institute, is a fully-funded entrepreneurial and leadership development program for rising leaders building solutions to youth mental wellbeing globally. The 16-week program (August 17 – December 18, 2026) combines a mandatory week-long in-person Immersive (Boulder, Colorado OR Shanghai/Hangzhou, China), virtual workshops on Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays, and a virtual Summit. Fellows receive leadership and entrepreneurship workshops, financial tools and frameworks, personalized life coaching, mentorship from expert practitioners, pitch training, a community development stipend to run a "Basecamp" workshop, and long-term Alumni support. Weekly time commitment is 8–10 hours.

Organization operating 1–5 years with fewer than 10 employees
Has engaged customers, measurable results, and some funding (grants, investments, donations, or revenue)
