You’ll start your entrepreneurship journey with Pioneer, the first stage of the E-Team Program. Through $5,000 in non-dilutive funding and an entrepreneurship training workshop designed to help you discover the best market for your invention, we kickstart your potential and outline the possible pathways for your invention.

Attending a three‑day intensive workshop on customer discovery, value proposition, and venture building.
Gaining mentorship, national recognition, and networking opportunities.
Preparing for advancement to Propel stage.

Who can apply

Teams must include two or more students and a faculty advisor.
Innovation must be science‑ or engineering‑based with commercialization potential.
Must demonstrate intent to address a social, health, or environmental challenge.
Commitment to entrepreneurship required.
Open to diverse applicants; VentureWell encourages participation from underrepresented groups in STEM.
