The US Women in Tech 26 Accelerator, in collaboration with Standard Chartered Foundation (the Foundation), was designed to empower 10-12 women-led, impact-creating, tech-enabled startups to scale their solutions, create jobs, and drive economic mobility nationwide.

Purpose: Empower women-identifying founders to scale solutions advancing economic mobility and equitable access to essential services. Focus Areas:

Affordable healthcare and wellness
Care worker empowerment
Community-integrated solutions
Education access and quality
Employment pathways and upskilling
Financial literacy and resilience
Generational wealth-building for underserved communities Program Components:
Financial analysis coaching
Milestone development plan (investment readiness)
Peer-to-peer learning and evaluation
Mentorship and networking with investors and partners
In-person program summit

Who can apply

Must be a US-based, legally registered, for-profit business with fewer than 10 employees.
Must be led by at least one full-time founder who identifies as a woman (cisgender, transgender, or non-binary).
Must be revenue-generating with less than $100K annual revenue.
Must have a minimum viable product (MVP) and raised less than $1.5M in equity.
Must demonstrate customer or business validation (pilot studies, users, partnerships).
Must be tech-based or tech-enabled and address economic mobility or access to essential services.
