Unearthodox, a Swiss regenerative-futures foundation, runs the Exploration Co-Lab as an alternative incubator for changemakers working at the root of nature and society challenges. The 2027 open call selects a small cohort for a CHF 10,000 grant and a 10-month online incubation from March to December 2027. It is for people already past the idea stage, whose work reimagines the systems behind climate, biodiversity and social breakdown rather than patching their symptoms. **What you get:** - CHF 10,000 grant to move the initiative forward - 10-month online incubation from 1 March to 31 December 2027 - Access to up to an estimated CHF 60,000 in tailored non-financial support - One-on-one coaching and expert guidance - Peer learning inside a cohort of systems innovators - Practical systems mapping and futures thinking sessions - Visibility and amplification through Unearthodox channels - Ongoing access to a global network of innovators, mentors and network weavers **What you'll do:** - Join a small international cohort committed to systemic transformation - Deepen and test your initiative through coaching, peer feedback and systems mapping - Attend regular online group calls scheduled within UTC minus 6 to UTC plus 6 - Share your work publicly through Unearthodox's channels - Contribute to collective learning and long-term collaboration inside the cohort
