The Society for Latin American Studies, a UK charity, usually offers ten grants of up to £1,750 each to help scholars based in Latin America travel to its annual conference and present a paper there. The 2027 conference, Democracy in Question?, runs 8 to 9 April 2027 at Newcastle University in the UK.
