MVP and < $1.5M raised in equity
At least one full-time founder based in eligible countries
Market-based solution in one of the listed verticals
Customer or business validation (revenue, pilots, partnerships)
Preference for startups near Sage offices: Newcastle, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Barcelona, Lisbon
