The Rising Leaders Fellowship is a seven-month virtual leadership development program designed to equip emerging BIPOC and allied changemakers with the tools to shift organizational culture, build community power, and drive systemic change in the environmental and outdoor equity movement. Fellows engage in interactive workshops, peer coaching, mentorship, and impact projects that strengthen their leadership and mobilization skills while advancing justice-centered strategies within their organizations and communities.

• Applicants must be based in the United States and identify as BIPOC or allied leaders working in the environmental, outdoor, or environmental justice sectors. Ideal candidates hold entry- to mid-level roles and are committed to advancing equity, inclusion, and cultural change within their organizations and communities. No formal educational background is required, but applicants should demonstrate leadership potential and a passion for justice-centered work.
