This program supports early‑stage startups in Latin America that are building solutions to prevent food loss, reduce waste, and improve resource efficiency. The fourth edition emphasizes innovations leveraging data and AI to optimize operations, anticipate risks, and strengthen food security. Selected startups will join a structured incubation with mentorship, financial coaching, and exposure to investors, culminating in an in‑person summit in Mexico City.
