About this opportunity

The Youth Leadership Academy is a year‑long fellowship for U.S. high schoolers that equips young changemakers with leadership and advocacy tools through a residential leadership intensive, mentorship, workshops, and support to develop and implement a community leadership project focused on gender equity and social justice.
