The Ocean Leaders Fellowship (OLF), developed by Sustainable Ocean Alliance in partnership with Dona Bertarelli Philanthropy, is an annual program dedicated to empowering the next generation of ocean conservation and climate leaders by equipping 40 early-career delegates each year with critical tactical skills, leadership opportunities, and high-level networks necessary to advance impactful initiatives. Fellowship curriculum includes: - Skill development workshops (leadership, storytelling, innovation, funding strategies). - Expert mentorship from SOA’s network of 250+ professionals. - Collaboration opportunities with peers and global stakeholders. - Attendance at major events such as the Our Ocean Youth Leadership Summit and Our Ocean Conference in Kenya, June 2026. - Fellows synthesize learnings into a practical roadmap for their next steps in ocean and climate leadership.
