Theme: AI and Graduate Research

Dates:

22–26 June 2026: On‑site programme in Singapore (lectures, workshops, lab visits, cultural activities)
26 June – 24 July 2026: Online tutorials and project work
24 July 2026: Final online presentation

Important Notes:

Full participation in the 5‑day event and all online sessions is required to qualify for the SGD 500 award.
Lunch and dinner are at participant’s own expense (estimated SGD 10–15 per meal).
Any personal expenses during the 5‑day stay in Singapore (transportation, leisure, extra meals) are not covered.
Airfare to and from Singapore is not included.

Who can apply

Academic Requirements:
Must be a senior undergraduate student (Year 3 or above) OR a recent graduate.
Strong academic record required.
Diversity of backgrounds encouraged; preference for high achievers with accomplishments beyond academics.
Application Materials:
CV (maximum 2 pages).
Personal statement/essay (maximum 1,000 words) on research interest or social issue.
Academic transcript (optional but recommended).
Two recommendation letters (optional but encouraged).
Passport‑size photo.
Participation Requirements:
Full participation in the 5‑day in‑person programme (22–26 June 2026) and all online sessions (26 June – 24 July 2026) is required to qualify for the SGD 500 travel allowance.
Must attend the final online presentation on 24 July 2026.
Financial Notes:
Complimentary on‑campus accommodation provided.
