Who can apply

  • Black-led, with at least one Black founder; Operate in a STEM-related industry; Have a company that is incorporated either federally or provincially in Canada; Founders must be generating more than $100k ARR; Founders who are ready to raise capital; Founders with a Board of Directors / Advisory Board; Founders with Audited / Third Party Verified Financial Statements; Company is in a large / scalable market
