Doyenne Tanzania, a Tanzanian nonprofit that trains and mentors young women leaders, is recruiting its Niongoze Fellowship Class of 2026. The free fellowship takes female university students through personal, group and community leadership training, with mentorship, peer coaching and sessions with guest experts, run both in person and online. **What you get:** - Free leadership training, mentorship and coaching - Sessions with guest facilitators from governance, entrepreneurship, development, academia and activism - Membership of the Niongoze Alumnae Network after graduation **What you'll do:** - Work through three stages: personal leadership, group leadership and community leadership - Take part in reflective practice, storytelling, vision boarding, peer coaching and group activities - Build skills in public speaking, facilitation, feminist leadership, community engagement and personal branding - Attend a set of four colloquiums held both in person and virtually **Key dates:** - Applications close 25 September 2026 at 23:59 East Africa Time **More information:** - The application form asks for a personal statement, written answers on leadership experience, and a public link to a video of under two minutes - Questions go to info@doyenne.or.tz
