Lagos Business School Young Talents Programme 2026

  • Organization: Lagos Business School
  • Type: Fellowship
  • Deadline: June 2, 2026
  • Age: Under 30
  • Funding: Not Specified

The Lagos Business School Young Talents Programme (YTP) is a highly selective talent development initiative designed to identify, develop, and connect outstanding young graduates across Nigeria. Approximately 50 participants are selected annually from a large national applicant pool for an intensive two-day, in-person learning and leadership experience held in July. The programme challenges participants to think critically, collaborate in teams, develop capstone projects, and present innovative solutions to real-world problems. Built on three pillars — mentorship, talent development, and talent sourcing — YTP provides faculty-led and professional mentorship that continues for approximately six months after the programme through structured team-based mentoring. It also serves as a pipeline connecting exceptional young talent to advanced academic opportunities, research pathways, and partner organisations. To be eligible, applicants must hold a First Class or Second Class Upper degree, be under 30 years old, be currently undergoing or have completed NYSC, and must not be previous YTP participants. Master's degree holders or candidates are also welcome to apply. The programme targets individuals who demonstrate strong academic performance, leadership potential, and readiness for accelerated professional and personal growth beyond academia.
