About this opportunity

The Global Leadership Challenge (GLC) is a five-day hybrid leadership development program that brings together 100 young leaders from around the world to co-create solutions to global challenges. Hosted by the University of Oxford and the St. Gallen Symposium, GLC focuses on responsible leadership, sustainability, and character development. Participants engage in workshops, expert-led sessions, and collaborative impact projects addressing real-world issues defined by global partners

Who can apply

To be eligible for the Global Leadership Challenge (GLC) 2025, applicants must be currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program, or be young professionals aged between 21 and 30 who have completed their undergraduate studies. They must demonstrate a clear commitment to responsible leadership through extracurricular involvement or professional experience. Participants are expected to actively engage in approximately five half-day sessions from December 11 to 15, 2025, as full participation is required to receive a Certificate of Achievement. The program welcomes applicants from all academic disciplines and regions worldwide.
