Who can apply

  • Undergraduate degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of full‑time work experience after university
  • Proficiency in English (other languages helpful)
  • Willingness to live/work abroad in low‑ to middle‑income countries
  • Strong professional expertise in areas such as: finance, investment, consulting, strategy, business development, fundraising, marketing, operations, project management, data analytics, IT, HR, research, M&E
  • Application timeline:

  • Interviews: April–May 2026 (2–3 rounds with host orgs)
  • Final nominations: End of May 2026
