A one‑year fellowship empowering 30 young leaders globally to design and implement digital development projects in their communities. Fellows receive mentorship, training, and financial support to turn ideas into impactful initiatives.

Who can apply

Age: 18-28
Applicants must be enrolled in or recently graduated from STEM or closely related fields
Strong interest in digital development and community impact
Must propose a project idea aligned with ITU’s digital inclusion goals
Application form completed by 31 March 2026 (23:59 CET)
Shortlisted candidates must provide:
Proof of ID
Proof of studies
Two references
Video message (motivation + project idea)
Programme conducted in English only
In college or university
Just graduated
