The European Commission, through its Delegation to Egypt, is funding non-profit organisations to run two to three year projects that protect and include children with disabilities in Egypt. Grants run from EUR 650,000 to EUR 1,000,000, and at least 60 percent of each project must be passed on as sub-grants to Egyptian community organisations, including organisations of persons with disabilities.
