Who can apply

Must be aged 24–35
Background in academia, government, civil society, or private sector (AI, tech, ethics, compliance, innovation)
Active engagement in AI ethics, governance, or responsible innovation
Ability to develop a research, policy, or applied project
Application materials: CV (2 pages), 500‑word expression of interest, optional publications/portfolio, recommendation letter
