The COP31 Simulation Programme is a five-phase climate diplomacy and policy program for university students worldwide. It builds capacity in climate negotiation, gives students the chance to write and publish research, and culminates in a real-world simulation conference in Egypt followed by selected participants attending COP31 in Antalya, Türkiye in November 2026. The program is jointly run by the British University in Egypt (BUE) and UNDP Egypt.
