This fellowship brings together journalists worldwide to deepen their understanding of how climate change interacts with economics and finance. Sessions cover housing and insurance markets, corporate decision‑making, carbon markets, renewable energy economics, biodiversity loss, and climate regulation.

$2,000 stipend for fellows outside NYC (covers travel + accommodation)

Who can apply

Must be a journalist (reporter, editor, or freelancer) covering climate, economics, or related fields
Must submit: CV, cover letter, and work samples
No prior economics training required
