The Department of Citywide Administrative Services' Civil Service Pathways Fellowship (CSPF) is a two-year program for City University of New York (CUNY) graduates designed to create a pipeline from college to a career in civil service. The fellowship is full-time and offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Selected candidates are hired into high-demand positions across the City in one of six professional/career tracks:

Policy and Program Analysis ($48,956)
Procurement and Finance ($48,956)
Project Management ($48,956)
Creative Services and Digital Media ($48,956)
Information Technology and Data Analysis ($53,862)
Architecture and Engineering ($53,862)

Fellows will receive professional development which qualifies them to take a civil service exam after completing the first year of the program.

Who can apply

Must be a recent college graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Commitment to full‑time fellowship placement in NYC agencies
Interest in public service and civil service careers
